Equality

Equality objectives

To develop Equality at Thornleigh Salesian College, we have three objectives:

1. Respecting Everyone’s Dignity, Especially the Marginalised
Inspired by Don Bosco, we ensure that all people, especially those in need, are treated with respect and given fair opportunities to succeed.

2. Building an Inclusive Community, Family-like Community
Following Don Bosco’s example, we create a welcoming environment where everyone feels they belong, regardless of their background or differences.

3. Ensuring Equal Access to Education and Growth
We are committed to providing everyone, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, with equal chances to learn and grow, reflecting Don Bosco’s belief in the power of education.

Thornleigh Salesian College will annually review the objectives above.

We aim to provide a high level of education for all students. The ethos of our School reflects our commitment to fully including and respecting all members of our school communities.
